✅ Must-have requirements:

7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong expertise in React.js and React Native
Solid back-end experience with Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs, and microservices
Ability to design, assess, and evolve end-to-end technical solutions
Experience reviewing code and improving team-wide technical practices
Comfortable interacting with clients, demos, and requirement definition
Advanced English (C1 or higher)  

💡 Nice to have / Plus:
Experience with distributed systems, scalability, and performance
Third-party or IoT integrations
