General Information

  • Locations: Mexico City and Metropolitan Area (Santa Fe, Ciudad de México, Toluca, and Estado de México campuses).

  • Legal Requirement: Must be a Mexican citizen or a foreign national with a valid and current permit to work in Mexico (no sponsorship is provided).


What will you do?

Your main purpose will be to contribute to the formation of professional agents of change who are highly prepared to transform their environmentYou will actively participate in the Bachelor in Mechatronics Engineering (BME) program, teaching classes primarily in English and, when required, in Spanish.


Your main challenges will be:

  • Teaching specialized subjects such as automation, control, industrial networks, and cyber-physical systems.

  • Total compliance with the learning objectives and evaluation standards of the academic program.

  • Preparation of high-quality teaching and laboratory materials for the assigned Training Units.

  • Active participation in campus initiatives and the Mechatronics Department's local projects.


What are we looking for?


  • Academic Background: Master’s or PhD degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (with a focus on Automation, Control, or Robotics). This degree requirement can be substituted by 10 years or more of proven leadership experience in the industry within the desired technical areas.
  • Experience: Proven experience in teaching at recognized universities or significant professional experience in related industries (desired).
  • Languages: Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or 600 TOEFL points).
  • Technical Knowledge: * Strong expertise in Industrial Networks or Industrial Automation.
  • Proficiency in microcontrollers, CNC, and robot design/dynamics.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in mechatronics and mechatronic project management.
