Job description

We are looking for: Senior Go Backend Developer

📍 Modality: 100% Remote
🌎 Language: Advanced English (C1 or higher) required

✅ Must-have requirements:

5+ years of professional backend development experience

Advanced expertise with Go (Golang): goroutines, channels, interfaces, concurrency patterns

Strong experience building low-latency services, REST APIs and/or gRPC services

Deep understanding of concurrency, parallelism, profiling and performance optimization

Solid experience with distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures

Nice-to-have / Preferred (AdTech Focus):

AdTech & Monetization Experience (Major Advantage):

Hands-on experience with AdTech platforms or monetization systems

Knowledge of:

Google Ad Manager (GAM)

Google AdMob

Programmatic advertising (OpenRTB, DSP/SSP integrations)

Additional technical pluses:

Kubernetes

Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ

Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry

Experience with high-scale, high-throughput systems

Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure

Open-source Go contributions
